Hi! I was wondering what font/typeface Moo.com is using for the "Tidy" option in their Business Card Designer. I've ran it through WhatTheFont and gave Identifont a shot as well, but they didn't turn up with anything.

It's Thomas Phinney's Hypatia, published by Adobe but only available in Adobe CS apps for now.

Well there is a way, but it costs a few hundred dollars: buy Adobe CS3.
Er, does that mean that Moo.com is using an Adobe font on a web server and renaming it, violating its license in two dastardly ways?
I'm not sure about the renaming part, but I don't think they are necessarily violating the EULA.
