Based on "S", I think it has been digitalized even though it's some kind of hand-writing.

Jessica Simpson and Come On Over don't share the same type apparently.
Any idea?

The closest I can get you is P22 Cezanne Pro (note alternates), Lamar Pen, and P22 Dearest.

"Jessica Simpson" looks like a combination of several fonts.
"J" and "S" are taken from La Danse
"s" looks like Voluta Script
about the rest i am not sure
