bryansinger

I don't know if you're the person who can identify the font used throughout the magazine cover
i.e. "VIGGO IS KING"
thanks alot

Foundry Gridnik, identified here. Tip: search the archives if you're looking for something as high-profile as this -- chances are someone else has asked about it.

thank you very much
with this information, what's the best bet to go about being able to use the font to replicate the magazine cover for a project?
if you can answer the question.

Sorry, start here to find contact info.

if you could identify a font that is similar in look, that is also freeware would you be able to do it?
now, i've got to thank you

Have a look through DaFont and see if you like anything there. Alternately, if all you need is to try to replicate this cover, then why don't you try drawing the glyphs yourself? It's pretty much all straight lines, so it will be not too hard to do a rough job of it, and you'll gain experience at the same time. Or, one last option: you could easily isolate the letters in Photoshop with such a scan as this.

dave you are a prince!
i hope you realize how much you have helped me
what generosity!
i wish you all the very best. Really...
thanks

I'm a prince? I knew it! I always suspected I was in the line of succession to the throne of some country...but which one?

Glad to help, Bryan -- good luck.

My liege! How could I not have recognized you! After all these
years at last the king's heir has returned! Get rid of those raggy
clothes and put on your royal robes! Your father's throne awaits
you. Hail to the Cat Prince! All hail!

Buh-bye, United States of Not Holding Our Rogue President and His Cronies Accountable! Belgium, here I come!
