cloudy bay type

found this in a liquor store in Sydney.
really like how this type works, looks very balanced and neat, kinda classy.
can anyone id this for me?

the caps and small caps look great. the lowercase is unique too, however I slightly dislike the way lc and uc behave in sentences.
The capitals look too dominant i think.
