It's certainly based on the FHWA series fonts, But it looks like it was redrawn.
I don't think you will find a digital font that matches this one exactly.

I already started to draw the lower case g to get this rough look.
Especially the B looks quite nice – pretty DIY ;)

You might use the free Roadgeek fonts as a starting point.
