What are the TOP 5 DESIGN Firms in Marin County (North Bay) CA?

A call out to the design crowd out there…

I am trying to find “San Francisco Quality” design firms (Graphics, ID, UI, Branding etc.. but not games) that have a TRULY sustainable, cradle to cradle ideology, 3 or more employees and MUST reside somewhere in Marin County, CA.

Actual experience with the firms that you suggest would be helpful.

Thanks.
