Could anyone identify this 70s font

A client would like to use a retro logo of theirs for a special project.

Can anyone identify the attached - I'm sure it's an old Letraset font but can't place it. Any pointers are much appreciated. (I'm afraid the attached scan is from an old Newspaper ad and isn't brilliant.)

That's Windsor Elongated, Woody Allen's fetish typeface for his movie titles. The ampersand is from the Regular weight.

Looks like a pre-digital Windsor Elongated or Condensed Extra Bold.
