Has anyone designed swash caps that would go with Helvetica?
Yes, I know this is a bit riduculous, but I'm not entirely convinced that it's a foolish idea.
I've found Canterbury Swash Sans, which is a step in the right direction. Anything else?
You want Helvetica Flair by Phil Martin. AFAIK it hasn't been digitized yet.

its based on their neutral typeface which is similar to Helvetica, don't think its commercially available yet but i have seen it used outside of Esquire mag so try contacting them
Ray Larabies Coolvetica offers a few swashesque details. Well, the G at least. It's for free.
