It looks like a version of a condensed Helvetica, Swiss or Akzidenz-Grotesk Alt. The S, R and G a throwing me off as to which one specifically. Which might mean that the text might actually be squooshed.

I think “BUILDING” is a squooshed Helvetica Bold, and “FUTURES” is Univers 59, possibly squooshed a little.
