Looking at the details (top of ‘A’, leg of ‘R’, serifs on ‘E’ and ‘C’) and not at the overall appearance, I’d say Memphis is quite close.

For the script: Well, that’s an autograph.
You might like:

I think it is something like Memphis and the rounding is just caused by the scan.
