On this wonderful article on iLT, Kris Sowersby mentions that he does his kerning in Tal Lemings' Metrics Machine. I tried to contact Tal Leming via his site typesupply, but I didn't get any respons nor could I find more info on this app online. I would like to know more about it. Anyone? Kris?
As I understand, Tal Leming is working on a second edition of Metrics Machine, but it will be several months at least before it appears again. You should be able to reach him through his site. If not, he may be traveling or something.
