Can I get the CS1 fonts off of the CDs without installing?

Is there some way I can get the Adobe Creative Suite 1 fonts off of the CDs (Mac version) without installing? IIRC there’s some good stuff on there that wasn’t in CS2 or 3 but I’m trying to avoid finding a machine to install it on just to get the fonts.

I bought CS on CDs, and the fonts are in a folder name “Goodies”.
Ain’t that a fact.
