That may be usable for an album cover but as a logo it is completely all too busy. Try simplifying it or shifting the words around.

Could you repost at a much smaller size? It's hardly legible at this size, but scaling down might help.

What type of music does the band play? Where are they located? Who listens to them? I figure it's fictional, but those are still quite relevant. :)
