A 1000 dollar question

Hi everybody!

I don't know if this as been discussed before, but a question crosses my mind quite often: if you have 1000 dollars to start a brand new font collection, in wich typefaces would you spend your money?

I might start by looking at Typographica's "Best of" list.

But the better answer might be a question: What would you be using them for?
