Custom probably. A google search will turn up some kids remake of it though, but I'm not sure if that's approved by forum rules.

You could probably recreate this with quarter circles and rectangles. The ID seems to be 1 unit, the OD 2 units, and the width of the rectangles 1 unit. You'd have to guess with the little connector bits. It's hard to tell if there's any optical correction where curve meets straight.

Bjork's stuff is almost always custom - M/M Paris did a lot of it. There are knock-offs available, some by Kinema Moon.

Speaking of Bjørk: Anyone know something along the lines of the typeface used in http://www.mmparis.com/bjorkasabook/bjorkasabook01.html?
