(x) Visa corporate sans - Whitney {Florian}

Jui

Hi there!

Does anybody know which font that is? It’s used by Visa. Is it a custom font? Who designed it?

By the way, does anybody know a good website where I can look up company fonts?

Thanks a lot,

Juergen

Hi Jürgen,

it’s Whitney by Tobias Frere-Jones, identified in this older thread .
You can always run a search if you know what you’re looking for.

For your second question:
There’s a list of Corporate fonts at German Typografie.info.

An older Typophile thread mentions several corporate initiated typeface designs

And there’s the Website about Corporate Identity by Hans Stol with a lot of useful information.

Hey Florian!
Thanks! That answers all my questions!

You’re welcome.

[Hey, you’re the Jürgen of J&I, right? Wow, a design celebrity on typophile – at least for me, I really dig a lot of the work you’ve done!]
