This looks authentic letterpress, or at least a very good emulation thereof. You could start with Grotesque No. 9, Rhode, Bureau Grot or FF Hydra and add some judicious weathering effects.

www.misprintedtype.com offer a whole lot of very cool eroded letterpress style fonts like this one.
