hi does anyone have any insight on which serif fonts might look good with Engravers, Blair, or Sackers... like if my logo is set in Engravers what serif support font will look good.

I paired it with Mrs. Eaves to good effect recently.
You could try Cochin.
Do you want a modern or traditional look?

Ahh, that is vital info. Cochin and Mrs. Eaves aren't what you're looking for.
Engravers is fairly benign so really any serif will sit well with it. We recently designed a rug shop identity with Engravers and Warnock.
