There's not a lot of "from el barrio" typefaces well designed like this one.
The only characters who bugs me are I, X, and Z, and perhaps the R can be more "agressive" (like the P), but what a font!

Excellent work! Very evocative. It looks like it wasn't that difficult to make. Perhaps you could do alternates as well - and these might be employed in animating the flame effect.

Thanks for the feedback. Although I have some experience in sign painting, and have been doodling with letterforms for many years now, Sotoflame is my first completed digital font.

Bren - Yes, graff-art is still the cutting edge for me. Do you know any stores that sell the book 'Urban Discipline 2002' ? It contains some of the wildest styles of this artForm.
