Minifonts.com is the work of Joe Gillespie, also
founder of WPDFD.com.

There are interviews with Matthew Bardram and
Joe Gillespie in the Typophile Interviews.

Check out my collection of pixel font links (I call them bitmap fonts) on http://www.softshoeshuffler.com.
