Dots Font Similar to Helvetica Extended

Hi All,

I'm looking for a font that looks like it's made of dots, but that has the general shape of Helvetica Neue Light Extended, or Akzidenz Grotesk Light Extended.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Tal
