Typeface identification – Avant Garde customised?

Hello,

I've seen this typeface from time to time now, and it's very close to Avant Garde, but it isn't – especially the 's" looks well balanced – any help appreciated (what it is and where to find).

“Made in Berlin” is something else (see the square i-dots).

“Made in Berlin” is House Chalet New York 1960 from House Industries.

I guess it’s custom designed.

FF Super Grotesk goes in that direction.

Mothercare font by Dalton Maag (although not sure if they did the logo itself).

Oh yeah. I should have thought of BT’s Geometric 706 which is based on Neuzeit Grotesk. It’s the basis for the Mothercare font.
