Updating fontforge on Windows XP

I tried to do the uninstall of the last build of fontforge to update to the current build. But when I try to uninstall nothing seems to happen. I looked in the cygwin folder and the older package is still there. How exactly do I go about updating to the current build?

You should really post this to the fontforge-users mailing list, where the primary author of FontForge is more likely to help you out.
