(x) Fanzine 137 customized Futura? - yes {Lex}

Does anyone know if this is an actual font or just a customised Futura?

I think you're right about this being a custom Futura. The only Futura I know of with strange characters is LTC's Twentieth Century, but it's only got lower-case alternates.
