Legacy Sans is pretty close.

It does look similar, The C's and the M seem different though. Maybe it's just the quality making it look that way.

Looks custom (because it’s so ugly - don’t mean to offend anyone). The right stem of the M is just wrong. It should be heavier. Shapes are all very simple.

I think it's Charcoal, the system font from Mac OS 9.
