Just a quick question...
Im looking to create a modular grid within Indesign, instead of just standard vertical columns, however, its not possible from my knowledge of working with the program... Is there a plugin of some sort?

Layout → Create Guides...
Just have a master page open for editing when you do it.
Or is that not what you're looking for?
I know of two InDesign (CS2&3) scripts that might be handy for what you're trying to do:
-- Add Guides - draws guides around the selected object or objects
-- Make Grid - divides the selected frame (or frames) into grid(s) of frames
You can get the scripts on this page:

Thanks sound m8, thanks. Although, I wondered if there was a way of creating them from the main menu options, so to speak. Like your column choices... etc.
