Wrong case.

Nope.

Yes, it is a G !

Nope.

BTW, more samples to come during the weekend.
For now, a small hint: this face is distributed by a very well-known 'indie' foundry.
You won't find this font at MyFonts, though.

Yes, it's Caligrafia de Bula.
Congrats, Adriano.

Been away for the whole weekend, here's a new thing to dig

magneto?

no, not magneto.

Coranto (&).

Wrong font name, correct glyph.

Yup, that's it!
BTW, my first sample was Alfon's 'g'.

It's the Portuguese based language typophile attack! 13 posts from Brasil & portugal on a row.

Lets GO!

ID for typenerds ;D

{Yeah Adriano, os gringos que se cuidem ;D}

ITC Goudy Sans Light?

That wouldn't be Friday Sans by yours truely would it? No, it is covered in cobwebs somewhere on my hardrive, but it made me smile to see that form.

R

We haven't got a CLUE what that is.

Other than a binocular g, that is. Correct?

Sorry for delay ;D

Franz, this is not by Goudy!
Randy, this reminds a litle bit of Friday, but no!
Yeah Grant, you correct! this is a binocular g!
Jack, not Lisboa from Ricardo Santos!

Sorry Tiff, no by Alias!
(... and a Happy Birthday ;D ;D)

This is really hard... This type is a freeware Lacuna designed by Peter Hoffmann and distributed by Floodfonts in 2003... Now, the font is no more present in the collection... I think the type is under update process...

See the font here...

But... a new challenge is comming... ;D

ID is COOL

A new challenge ;D

This is going to kill me -- I know I know that one!

No Tiffany, not a "g"!

Liar! That has to be a g! :-)

Uppercase G then?
Script lowercase s?
Is that some kind of crazy capital blackletter F?

Hmmmm...

Lowercase y.

Doh! Gotta be a lowercase y.

Yeah Omine!
This is a lw "y"!

But ;D What the font?
Easy ... hahaha

Aalborg.

Omine win!

Next...

glyph

an uc J?

lc g?

Lowercase g is correct.

Hint: ATF.

Come on...

glyph2

Another hint: Vancouver.

It's not a Tiro font, is it? The website is in limbo.

Not from Tiro.
This typeface is distributed by a foundry currently located in Europe.

Is it a typeface that debuted at ATypI last year?

No...
But the designer of this typeface did have a strong connection with the ATypI conference.
