(x) Looking for font similar to Castellar with lowercase - Goudy Handtooled {Brett Jordan}

I am about to scream! I need a font with lowercase Castellar or a font identical to Castellar that has lowercase, please help! I have attached a screen capture of the fax my wonderful customer sent to me to match :)
