The Serif is Baskerville. The script face is Lucida Calligraphy, altered a little bit (especially rt and tt).

All except SELECT DOOR is Unger Chancery.

Mike is right. Lucida is close, but I should have looked closer. Note to self: The first and obvious might not always be the right one.
