I think this is Emigre Base 9, but in an older version, with a different W. It shows the W like your sample in the old print catalog I have, even though the web site apparently shows a redesigned version of the font.

That W gives the whole thing a nice Deco feel.

My bad -- I think it is really the regular Base Nine Small Caps, not the Bold.
