Help with Aesthetic Apparatus typeface

I've been trying to figure this out for a while and I can't seem to find an exact match. I'm trying to find the typeface the Aesthetic Apparatus uses on a lot of their gigposters. Here are few examples.

I thought it may have been Univers but I think thats wrong. Any help?

Hard to tell at that size, but could be one of the cuts of Knockout by Hoefler & Frere-Jones.

Probably, they are big H&FJ fans. Alternatively, there's Block Gothic which is only slightly more square.
