I've thought it's near charme or slogan

I like the more contemporary Xavier Dupré's Tartine Script too

But hasn't someone seen an exactly fitting Main-"n" somewhere?

For '40s scripts you might also like Loupot, Flamme, La Salle, and Kaufmann.

I'd also suggest looking through the Casual Flowing Scripts of Part 7 of the Script Font ID Guide. 'Slogan' (or its sibling 'Charme') are sort of similar to the top script and 'Signal' (pg 3) is similar to the bottom one.
