Are there any good, in-print books on non-calligraphic lettering? I have no trouble finding books about formal calligraphy, but when I look for books on hand lettering what I find are books about arts-and-crafts projects. Is this the sort of thing that I just have to look for on eBay?
Edit: I already have all of Leslie Cabarga’s pertinent work.
The Speedball stuff.

You'll find differing opinions but I like Designing Type
I’ll try the Speedball book—I didn’t realize that it was still in print—for some reason Utrecht art supplies seems to be the only retailer with new copies.
I have Designing Type...but it’s not really a hand-lettering book.
Hmmm, I have these two at hand right now:
Lettering Design -- Form & Skill in the Design & Use of Letters, by Michael Harvey
Creative Lettering Today, also by Michael Harvey
I have some others, but right now they are buried inside a few boxes outside my bedroom... :-/
