(x) heavy sans on David Bowie "Heroes" album cover - Eagle {Phil Baber}

I'm sure this is Futura but can't seem to get those
amazing quotes or a point at the top of the 'W'
when I set it in extra bold.
Any ideas

But I also need to include body copy in a similar but lighter weight.
Not sure I fancy paying £300 for font studio at the moment either.

That's Bureau Eagle, not Futura.

The album was released in 1977, so this is pre-digital. It's closer to Monotype's version of Benton's Eagle Bold. Font Bureau's Eagle is a bit more narrow, but a better digitization with more weights and decent spacing.
