(x) Looking for a rounded sans for a kid's book - various {gang}

ER

Hi, I'm looking to find this typeface or something similar. I've illustrated a children's book and would like something like this for the title. If you know of other fonts for the body text that would work with this font I would appreciate the help. Thanks.

Similar ones: VAG Rounded, Frankfurter, AG Rounded, Helvetica Rounded, Bryant, Omnes, Gotham Rounded.

Can we see some of your illustrations to give us a better look at what might work well?

There are seven pages of samples of 'Childish' typefaces, which range from kid-like scribbling to clean, simple lettering done by adults, in Part 12 of the Script Font ID Guide. You can look up where any of them come from in the accompanying Script Font Reference List. Parts 5, 6 and 11 could also have more possibilities.

Something rounded but designed for text: FF Strada

Sassoon as well.

What the heck -- there's always Comic Sans Bold! ;-)

Hi, we went with the VAG rounded, many thanks for the help. I think the text goes well with the art now. I can't put the illustrations on the web until the publisher releases the book next Spring.

Thanks,

ER
