(x) Karly "Dancemusic" album cover dotted geometric sans - Pinball {Mark S}

I’ve been trying to figure out what font is used here for a few months now.
I don’t have much to go on other than a friend’s suggestion of a font called “Fortuna Dot” that I’ve had no luck in finding.
Any help’s appreciated.

The letterforms aren’t identical, but you might be able to find a way to separate the dots from the background in Budmo, by Ray Larabie. It might be as simple as nulling part of the letter in your graphics application.

I am guessing that the letters might have been from a film type (photolettering), that has not been digitized.

BTW, the only ’Fortuna Dot’ I can find is this one by Harold Lohner, with three rows of dots.

There is an old film font called Pinball that matches exactly, just as you suspected.

Yes, I see it in an old Letraset catalog, printed in 1991.

Alternatively, Frieze.
