You might be interested in a workshop directed by the men of Underware. The focus of the project was "How fat can you go?" Perhaps you need to really explore what phat letters are, and then work backwards to find the corrections?
i tried to make an extrme black sans serif .
but now i don't know what to do with it.
i didn't want to have contrast, but i did because of optical reasons and width. it is just not right, but what is wrong?
