Don’t know about the cross, but the type is Filosofia Grand Normal and Caps.

“Tome 5” is Filosofia Unicase by Zuzana Licko and the cross is the lowercase “t” from Exocet Heavy by Jonathan Barnbrook.

Yes, “Tome“ is Filosofia Unicase. Can’t say if the rest is plain Filosofia Small Caps or Filosofia Grand Small Caps.
