Looks like ITC Novarese Bold to me

Novarese with some cosmetic enhancements.

Nice pdf here. Intro takes a minute or two though.

Interesting how the logo on the Philips TV is different from the actual logo shown.

I'm guessing that the UEFA bit is something like Univers but it looks squooshed™.
