Philippe2 recommends Cooperplate Gothic.

Possibly Copperplate Gothic or Engravers Gothic. Awfully hard to tell at that size.

I thought it was Frutiger.

Edit: just to clarify, using OS X’s zoom feature I don’t see the petit-serifs that are part of Copperplate...
