I’d rather say it’s some Myriad (bold, bold condensed?) being squooshed.
"Boulder"?
Curious about the name since I named one of my font Boulder and it looks nothing like that.

Well, I just found it on some websites for a free download. But it looks like a knock-off from a heavyweight Kabel.
