I'm trying to identify the typeface used on the backs of the Jays' jerseys, but even more specifically the numbers. I'm doing a d-school project that involves the Jays.
Any help is much appreciated.

As you probably know, most sports team typography is proprietary or, at the very least, heavily customized.
That said, Crillee will get you pretty close for the numbers:
It's certainly not the one, but Eclat has a similar feel to the face used for Jays.
