The sans underneath Pacifica looks like a smoothed out version of URW Metropolitaines inspired of the subway type of old Paris. At first I though it was just a secondary logo but this type is consistent across the entire product line.

It’s really hard to see what’s going on here. Orange? Green?

unknown

Its not Orange.

There are very few really great/large images on the Pacifica candles website.

unknown

The face in question does not have the eccentric modulation of Green, Orange- or even Pink (the entire Timothy Donaldson color series). In fact its very smooth.

Based on the R and G it looks like Gill Sans with an altered S.
But that could be my eyes.

[Edit: it was my eyes, ignore that totally, I found a better image here]

Has someone butchered Friz Quadrata? Typophile is not letting me insert an image to illustrate.

unknown

Still can’t insert image. Is there a problem?

Tim thank you for posting a really large image. I couldn’t find one like that.

Too bad no one has seen this before… it may just be custom/exclusive typeface.
