That looks hand lettered.
You migt find something similar at Letterhead Fonts but you should check their EULA it's been pretty controversial around here.
No luck at Letterhead.
It might be hand lettered. The "n" is slightly different in orange and goblin. But might have come from skewing or warping the text.
I'd agree that this is hand-lettered. It reminds me of the style you see airbrush artists using on tshirts at car shows. It's very nice.
