[Edit]
Does anyone know of any very similar digitised typefaces to this, please?
Thanks in advance.

That’s no typeface, it’s definitely done by hand.

I found Livia Medium and Caligula Dodgy on Dafont.

Those are good alternatives Lari. I might also suggest Mark Simonson's 'Goldenbook Light' for a more professional look, and which includes a lower case. For a hand-drawn look, how about Ronna Penner's Garden Party? If you want something more chaotic looking, there's New Gothic Light from Agfa.

The best method would be to draw the letters by hand, and/or create your own font, if this is something you will use more than once.

Harold's fonts has one called King Harold that reminds me of this.

I'll second Herculanum and add Galahad

Thanks guys, very helpful (as ever).
Wishing you all a very happy and peaceful new year.
Best wishes.

The handlettering is actually from calligrapher David Jones who was noted for that style. You might consider hiring a lettering artist/calligrapher if your budget allows for it.
