Looks like a modified Caslon with swashes, and Helvetica light underneath.

Also thought it might be a version of caslon, perhaps an old typositor version or maybe one from the Photo-lettering collection. Also saw an old headline font called Grumpy that looked close, not sure if it’s been digitized though. Sorry couldn’t be more help.
