(x) British Airways HighLife magazine sans - TF Forever (customised) {Nick Cooke}

Will H

Hi all,
I'm trying to ID the sans featured in the magazine "High Life." I have an inkling it's a custom, and if so I would like to know some other fonts close to it (and even if it's not a custom).

Thanks,
Will

Wish I had time to search, but for now all I can suggest is Jason Smith or Jubert Jocham.

From what I remember, I think this was a customised version of (Treacyfaces?) Forever type family for British Airways HighLife magazine that I did about 5 years ago through Fontworks UK.

So in answer to your question 'Forever' is close to it.

'Forever Two' is the Treacyfaces font with this style of 'g'. The customization seems to be essentially the elimination of the stems, and reshaping the counters on letters like the 'a', 'b', 'd', 'g', 'm', 'n', 'p' and 'r'.

Some of Veto's/Evo's characters are similar to your sample, some aren't.
My first thought was FF Dax (which has similar ‘b’, ‘p’, ‘d’), but that's not it, either.

J P Geise - I'd already ID'd it.

You're nearly right Mike, the customisation was: a, b, d, f, g, h, m, n, p, q, t and u.
