Thanks Tiff,

I think it is called Handwriting Plain, but can't seem to find a commerical copy anywhere. Maybe it's one of those "free fonts".

It is called Handwriting Plain, it seems to be a free font and google will find it for you if you search "handwriting plain", trouble is some of the results look like pirates.
