(x) slab serif face at WeFeelFine - Placebo Serif {Fabio Augusto, Stephen}
I thought it was Caecillia, but there's a few differences.

Very close to Placebo Serif, designed by Thierry Puyfoulhoux.
I believe this is the uncommon Placebo Serif by the underrated Thierry Puyfoulhoux.
