(x) Headline typeface on HUGE website - IKEA Sans (custom) {suntory}

Whats the name of this typeface?

Not sure of the precise weight or foundry, that full stop looks strange.

Not Linotype's as the counter in "O" is circular!

Thanks but it's not Futura LT since the "R" is quite diffirent.
Any other suggestions?

Could it be Nobel? Not sure which cut though.

I believe it is a Futura, heavy, medium or bold due to the flattened terminals, possibly distorted, otherwise what explains the punctuation (except an annoying design foible)?

What about Avenir?

The Avenir "G" is wrong (See "HUGE"). Lots of fairly close matches (Proxima Nova, various Grotesk).

Nothing seems to be an exact match. I wonder if it is a customised Futura, such as Vignelli's Our Futura. Did VW have their own version?

Did VW have their own version?

Yes.

I think thats it! Now, how do you get your hands on it?
I'd tried to find some retial but with out success...

The whole point of a custom typeface is that your company is the only one that can use it. The closest you'll probably get is Futura.
